At PSALMSCALLING, each product is made by hand are unique on its own. Actual products may also vary slightly from the listing photos. Slight imperfections are to be expected. No two products are identical - purchase only if you're comfortable with above.

 

Returns

PSALMSCALLING made and packaged every item with care, but in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may drop us an email to update us with your intention to return your purchase item, and proceed to return it within 5 business days.

Please note that returned items must be unused with its original packaging unopened. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred. A refund of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, will be issued after we receive and verify your item. 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch with us by email, with a proof of purchase and proof of defect.

 

Refunds

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase either for another piece of craft. We do not give refunds.

 

Missing Packages
If your package is missing, we may do a replacement on a case to case basis. There will be no monetary refund for late delivery or missing packages.

We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via Singpost Registered Airmail (Small Packet) with tracking number.

 

• Pre-made stamps are ready to ship and are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Semi personalised stamps such as custom name stamps are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Custom stamps are dispatched within 5 business days on confirmation of artwork.

Thereafter,

• Local postage in Singapore takes between 3-5 business days.
• International orders would usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive once dispatched. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with information on the tracking details. 

 

As shipping times vary greatly among postal services and customs in different countries, we recommend factoring in a good buffer to ensure the products reach you on time.

 

 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination and includes the S$2.50 applicable for an international registered article. There are no additional handling charges.
